Over the past few years the newer names such as Ed Sheeran Zarry Shawn Mendes, among others, have taken over the limelight. Andy Biersack has been a popular rising star over the last few years. His first time on the scene was as the pianist and singer from Black Veil Brides. He was the first member of the Black Veil Brides, and its sole survivor. Biersack quickly adopted the nickname Andy Black as a part of his claims to fame and forwarded a genre of music which was along similar to bands from the past like Kiss or Motley Crue.
