After the move to Minneapolis she started her career as a singer. Prince produced her debut studio album, which was released in 1993. Electra started glamour modeling in 1996, and was featured in Playboy magazine. She then moved to Los Angeles where she made her acting debut as Lani McKenzie in the MTV drama series Baywatch (1997-1998). In 2004 she was in the reality show 'Til Death' Do Us Part: Carmen and Dave alongside her husband, Dave Navarro, and voiced Six in the animated series Tripping the Rift. Electra gained recognition later for her roles in parody films, including Scary Movie (2000), Scary Movie 4 (2006), Date Movie (2006), Epic Movie (2007), Meet the Spartans (2008), and Disaster Movie (2008). Get Over It (2001) and Disaster Movie (2008) are among her other credits in films.
